PM company
I hope to sell my residence soon. Failing that, I will turn it over to a property management company. I have talked to three, so far. The first two offered to mail me a copy of their management contract and their tenant contract. I asked them both to NOT have the business name on the envelope, I didn't want even the mail person thinking I am planning a change. (We have cluster boxes here, and many of us get to know the delivery people.) Their envelopes came, and both had their company stamped on it. Strike one.
The third one Rich said he'd email me the info, and didn't. After a week or so I called and talked to Mike, who said he'd send it immediately. He did ask for my address, and I told him I didn't want to give it until I had chosen a company. He didn't send the information, even though he said again he'd email it right away. What am I doing wrong? The third is actually the one I would have chosen. And since they didn't send it, do I really want them for a PM co after all?
