I am looking for a competent Real Estate attorney in or around Plano, TX that offers both - great advice as well as service.  I am doing "subject to, land contracts, and seller financing." Does anyone have experienced, good attorneys they use?  If so, would you mind sharing their names/info and describe your experience? Thank you.
