Duplexe buying with father LLC???
Hey everyone,
I know that this will be different from state to state, but I am planning on purchasing a duplex or a quadplex with my father having the intentions of living in one and renting out the other(s)
I was wondering if an LLC would be a good vehicle to go with in this situation so that we have some protection. I know that the loan rates would be higher and they would probably be more stringent, but I just wanted to check in with you all and see.
