Any advice on Submetering water in Chicago? Online search results point towards Guardian, can anyone recommend any other company to compare quotes and service? Any help would be great.

Charging water back to tenants is usually a lot cheaper than submetering. You can charge by number of occupants, number of bedrooms or an even split.
