Hi everyone! I'm an investor from nyc who's currently investing in duplexes in Rochester ny. My strategy for property management is to find 3 reputable companies to work with just in case I'm having issues with one of them I can take my units to someone I'm already working with. Any recommendations on who to avoid and who to work with? Thank you in advance! I'm very grateful to find a place like biggerpockets and would be glad to help out where I can! :)
