@Ray B. Try using turbo tenant. It’s was really simple to add homes and upload pics. Granted haven’t used in awhile so not sure what may have changed. However they syndicate to like 12 different sites.

@Ian Ray,  I would love to know how things went,  and what you tweaked. I have been looking to find some type of template for multifamilies or what people have done. I was literally just googling about this and came across your thread.

so sorry Denise, some reason my alerts are not showing up when some replies on a thread thru my email.

We ended up not going yet. The house we were inquiring about was beautiful but as we finally talked with a realtor it was a bring your best offer tease price. So we did not jump due to the offer having to be in within a week. I like to have time to analyze not buy on a wym.

However I did find out my parents neighbor does flips and rentals down in Florida so I am going to talk with him when he gets back in the spring. When I hear something I will relay any info.

@Theresa Harris that is exactly what what we did and he said he understands. So we are hoping for the best but will start eviction process.
