Unapproved sublease agreement

Hi, I recently moved into an apartment in the state of Maryland with a friend ("A"), and we have allowed A's boyfriend ("B") to live in the place without the approval of the landlord. The three of us have even signed a sublease agreement without the approval of our landlord. I'm sure we are breaking lots of rules and I will understand if I receive criticism.

We have been living in this situation for about six weeks now. My issue is that my official roommate A occasionally threatens to lock B out of the house. She (A) claims that since B does not have an agreement with the landlord that she can freely kick B out of the apartment at will with no notice.

I'm curious what legal ground does B have to live in the apartment? As B is not approved by the property owner and only has a sublease agreement with the two of us. Is that sublease agreement even valid without the property owner's permission? Can B be immediately evicted, or must we still go through proper eviction procedures to remove B from the residence?

I am not looking to evict B I want him to have a stable place to live. I don't like the idea that roommate A thinks she can evict B with no notice whatsoever. If B does not have the right to evicted through the court system I'd rather know sooner than later.

Thanks for any information you provide, and let me know if I can provide any more details. I'm interested in general answers, but if anyone can point out specific sections of Maryland law that apply to this case that would be awesome too.

it's up to the landlord to kick him out and if he's been there more than 30 days, he'd have 30 days after written notice to leave. 

If it were me, might be grounds to kick everyone out.
