Late Fee Louisiana

I am currently charging a Late fee of $35 on my Tenants, but they seem to always be late. I am thinking of going up to $50 to help motivate them to be on time.

What is the legal maximum rate for a late fee in the State of Louisiana? From what i read on the web, there is no maximum...

Thanks

Whatever you change in your lease, make sure you get your attorney's approval.
