Can anyone recommend EZR Management in Memphis for apartments?
I'm looking for a Memphis property management firm with experience handling a 40 unit apartment complex, that has great processes in place, and is professional. Does anyone have experience with EZR Management? And/or can you recommend another firm?

I know Ryan Edwards at EZR a little bit (thought he's not active on BiggerPockets). He seems to be an honest and competent person, which is a differentiator from some of the other real estate professionals in our market.
Do you anticipate having onsite management at the property?
