Out of country PM

My wife and I are moving out of the country for a military obligation, and I was wondering what specific authorizations I should grant to the future PM?  We do not have family near our home to check in on it, so I just want to get a good list of interview questions to help cover the important topics.  This is our personal residence we will be renting.  All comments are welcomed and encouraged.  Thank you.
