Ya this is pure crap. She picked up the pipe instead of going to job corps to learn a trade. I would rather liquidate rentals and make them vacation rentals before I would have to watch my property go up in flames in front of me. The entitlement is insane and they feel their predicament is society's fault rather than the result of their own action or inaction.
