Ohio Landlords- 3rd Party Water Metering Company

Hey BP does anyone in Ohio have experience with Spectrum utilities?  They're a 3rd party metering company.  When sub-metering is not possible or cost effective they use a ratio utility billing system to charge tenants for water and sewer.  I'm calling them tomorrow to get more information on their services, just wanted to check with BP first to see if anyone has first hand experience.
