Lease

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone  know where I can find a good lease agreement for the state of Georgia. I recently  purchased a quad and their lease renewals are approaching soon. I want to ensure I'm  using a lease that will  cover all bases. Thank you in advance!

Hi Asia,  there are really only two options you should consider.

1) work with an attorney to write a lease  that applies to your specific needs.

2) work with a realtor to use the standard GAR ( Georgia Association of Realtors ) lease.

The key to any lease is understanding it completely. There's a good chance you're going to have to appear in court so you must understand all parts of your lease.
