Hello All,

I have been on the forum for years and not done much except wonder how to ever get into real estate. I had extenuating circumstances that I thought kept me from diving into REIs but they were really all excuses and fear :-).

I presently own my home(first deal REI I did in 2013). I am in contract to buy a property with 20% down, this property is the driver for coming on bigger pockets and beginning to pay attention.

I just bought Brandons Rental properties book and I plan to make 2016 a great year for my REI aspirations.
