New Jersey Lease Agreement

I made an offer on a duplex and my offer was accepted! Now, I'm in the process of purchasing my first ever investment property in South Jersey! I'm extremely anxious and nervous at the same time but super excited overall. I will make a separate post on the deal once everything is set in stone... Anyway, I'm looking for a bulletproof lease agreement that I can use for when I start to rent my property. I've seen a few online but I wanted to know if you guys had any suggestions. Please advice!

I've been looking at https://www.ezlandlordforms.com/.

They offer 100% money back if you are satisfied, so my plan is to get a lease from them and then have a RE attorney review it. If it passes mustard then great and I have a good resource! If not, then I can get my money back. From reviewing it myself, they seem to be pretty good and I had a BP member refer me to them as well. Also, they offer I believe a 20% discount for military via code MILITARYRENTAL.
