How to vet a rental appicant who still lives abroad
I received an application from a couple to rent a SFH where one partner lives in town and qualifies on all accounts and the other one is supposed to move in in 3 months. The challenge from my perspective as a landlord is the partner will move from a different country and so far has no rental or credit history in the US. Does anybody have a good suggestion how to rent to the couple with minimal risk?
