Security Deposit

Hi All,

I recently had a tenant move and did not clean or vacuum very well. Had to get carpet service and cleaning done. They left some grease and urine stains that was able to remove but cost me money. Also they left a pole in the middle of the yard for their satellite that I had to remove. I sent them a check for their deposit less expenses but they have not cashed it or returned any calls or email. Is this something I should be concerned with. It's been about two weeks and the end of thirty days is coming up. Never had this happen.
