renter calls city on landlord..........Backfire
ok, I started the eviction process last week, an yesterday the city inspector and fire chief were their. Someone must have called them! But, 3 apt got a condemed sign, and the tenants were told they had to go!.....condemed due to insuficent utilities......Its in the contract that they are responsible for their utilities. So, if its condemed, and they have not vacated, can i simply remove the door? Its not locking them out!...right?
