Cosigner Rental Agreement
Tenants are looking to move in and are slightly sketchy with their past but have rock solid parents willing to cosign for them. The parents however are retired and receive social security and a pension of around 3 grand a month w 800 scores and no mortgage as their house is paid off. If the renter ie their son/daughter n law defunct on the rent am I able to go after their social security check and pension or is that untouchable????

Not sure about the SS and pension but there wouldn't be any reason I can think of that you couldn't get a lien against the house if it came down to a judgment against them that wasn't paid. If you have to go into court for legitimate (i.e. the court has ruled in your favor) debts, I don't think you can just hide behind assets. I'm sure someone on here will have some experience in this arena and answer...
