Showing home with current tenant
I have a difficult tenant who doesn't want to show the home how do you suggest I get her cooperation? note I have in my lease the right to show the home at any time… Suggestions?

Just wait until they move out. It will go much better if they are not there if that is how they want to act. Plus the prospective tenant you are bringing through does not want to be put into that awkward situation either.
