Anybody renting out 4/4 or 3/3 condos in Raleigh, NC
I am thinking about the condos that are built for 4 non related inhabitants, like students or professionals going back home for the weekend. I have been owning one for a year now in Lake Park but there are a bunch of other, very similar complexes mostly close to NC State. I am interested in connecting with other condo landlords to hear experiences especially in regard to optimizing cash flow and handling property management. Obviously I am up for sharing my own ones.
