How to auto draft rent?

I've heard of landlords setting up auto draft for rent payments but have not been able to find out how to do this. I know it is simple but can't figure it out. Also I want to be able to hit the tenants credit card if there are insufficient funds in their checking account. If you would list any programs/setups you use and how well they work for you I would be much appreciative. Happy Friday!

Thanks everyone!
