Paid or paying as agreed Payment deferred

Hi,

So, I'm running my prospective tenant's credit and their were 13 accounts with the same information on it with different balance. The status are all the same, and reads "Paid or paying as agreed Payment deferred".  

Any of you guys seen this? 
Total Balance is over $50K
