first eviction set for Monday

So I have some more information about evictions in Barrow county GA.  I filed for the writ today and went down to the sheriffs office to schedule the eviction.  We scheduled it for 10:00a.m. on Monday the 24th.  I will have from 10-12 to get everything out of the property and to the curb.  The sheriff will be there that entire time.  Once at the curb it needs to be there for 24 hours, and then its fair game.  Unfortunately it looks as if there will be some repairs that need to be made, but thankfully the tenants are no longer there.  I'll post anything else that I learn about the process here if anything else comes up.  Thanks again BP.

Fair game for whom?  Do you post on Craigslist the night before "curb alert: some really cool stuff will be put on the curb at 123 Main Street at noon on X day"?
