What to use for storage room?

Hello! I have a single family rental that's built on slab. It doesn't have any storage space. The tenant agrees to take care of the lawn himself but doesn't know where to store the lawn mower. I thinking about getting a garden shed. The cheapest I can find is about $400. Any other ideas?
