tenant moving out 3 months into lease (evicted) kind of
So I have a tenant that was late 2 months ago, last month was served a writ of dispossession before she paid cash on the 8th day, and this month hasn't paid as of yet.
I believe she is moving out currently and I already have someone who wants to move in immediately after she vacates.
My question is, do I need to file again for writ of possession and go through that process, or is there a form or statement I can have her sign that says shes going to be moving out and that she is forfeiting the lease? I would prefer to not pay the $96 dollars to the magistrate to have papers served and wait through that process again, when I have a tenant waiting to move in.
Thanks in advance.
