Anyone interested in rental in Texas City? House is fully rehabbed, with metal roof, 3-2 1800SQ FT Rents go for 1100.00/1200.00 1 Mile away from Texas City Dikes with fishing and parks around. I am going to sell this property for cash 68,000 or rent it out.
