I need someone to do an eviction for me in Harrison Co Mississippi

I have a house in Long Beach MS. The renters are two months behind. I sent them a 3 day notice and they sent me a text that the check is in the mail. This is the same story that they have been telling for over a month now. I live a very long way from the property and need someone to file the eviction in court as well as represent me in court. Does anyone know of someone trust worthy that I could pay to do this for me?

Joel -- something we can do here in Kansas is to drop off a 3-day notice with the Sheriff and have them hand deliver it.  It's a service they will do for $10 and highly effective at getting your rent paid when a Deputy Sheriff pulls up in Sheriff cruiser.   It won't help you if you're proceeding with eviction, but just another idea.
