Good Morning BP Community, 

My wife and I have finally completed the purchase and renovation of our first property. We are wanting to rent it. 

I would love some feedback on how to market the rental (Craigslist, sign in front yard, Facebook). And also, does anyone have any feedback on useful tools and tactics for choosing a tenant? Any ideas and advice are appreciated.

Craigslist, Postlets...I have had success with both. Many have used the yard signs as well.
