Grace period for new month to month lease

I will be raising my tenant's rent in a couple of months. My tenant has a habit of paying the last day of the grace period all the time. For instance her due date is the 15th of every month and her grace period is a week after the 15th. For my nwxt rent increase, can i not give her a grace period and demand the rent money on the same day including late charges if that comes to a point.
