Guide information on investing in Japan

Hi everyone.

I am interested in learning more about what is involved in REI in Japan. It would be nice to have a good book that gives and overview in English, but there doesn't seem to be much out there. Anyone know any good objective resources on learning about this market?

Thanks!

@Nick Brubaker

google Ziv Magen he is a TK operator in Japan.. he is in Austrlia and sells to Aussie investors.. small flats that run 30k or so... return 10% NET NET COC and from what I understand are probably one of the safest rentals in the entire world.. Vis a vi the Japanese tenant... IE they pay, they are respectful of property and live in the same place for years and years.... don't think there is much upside value wise In these little deals.. we are not talking about Tokoyo and the stratospheric RE prices there.
