Paying contractors with debit cards or some other means?

Hi, I have a problem paying rural contractors.  My out of state checks don't work for them.  They need to run to a check cashing place regardless of the cost and get cash.  Yes I agree, I need to hire more stable contractors.  If you rehab in rural areas in GA this is difficult and still not pay retail rehab costs.

There's alot of debit cards out there but most I looked at had a very low max monthly cash xfer amount, $500/month or less.

Any other ideas for paying a contractor where they get the money fast?  Next day is ok but would prefer same day.

One system, is Walmart's cash xfer walmart to walmart.  I walk into one walmart, use my debit card, and send to another walmart any amount of cash up to $900 from my debit card.  I get an ID I txt to the contractor.  They walk into a walmart with the ID and walk out with cash.   This is more hassle for me than I want.  Tried to use Walmart's website for me sending, it didn't work.  I think they really want you walking into the store.
