hi

Just had an issue with a water heater at rental property and found out that water damage not covered with the insurance policy for my rental property.

I am not very happy with the current Insurance agent since he didn't protect me and haven't included whats needed. Do I have any recourse if the Insurance agent has not included the needed riders and all?

Now I am concerned if I have all riders needed on my policies. How do you all confirm that you have all riders on your insurance policy ? Please give me your suggestions

Would it help to take the policy to another Insurance agent and review with them. I don't want to pay for other incompetent Insurance agent's mistakes. Please let me know.

Thanks
