Recommendation - Las Vegas PM

Fellow investors,

Come late August, I will be placing a condo on the market for rent in the southwest part of town near the 215 curve.  I will be moving out of state so I am seeking recommendations for competent Property Managers.  I am seeking a PM who is willing to provide great and TIMELY customer service to the renter in addition to the basic functions of a PM.  If any of you could send me a recommendation, I would appreciate it.  I will be sure to let them know who recommended me in case they give a discount for referrals.
