How long does it take to update a unite between tenants ?

Really, how long does it take to renovate 800sq ft 3bd 1ba unite ? Paint everything in one color, remove carpet and put linoleum (my guy told that it will look almost like wood floor), remove trash from previous tenants. Guy is highly energetic, experienced eve is going to do everything without helpers.

There is a lot of investor activity in your area, I think you need to do some networking and find better contractors. In my area I would have that turned over in 3-5 days, $300 for paint and $1200 for flooring, all labor only.
