Hey Chuck - looks like you are getting great feedback from people. I also live in SF and built a portfolio of cash flowing properties out of state - i will send you a PM we can meet up

Hi everyone! is there a nationwide service that we can use that has a streamlined process and processing for each state? I really have a hard time finding a service or even an attorney to handle each collection case after tenants get evicted...... if I find an attorney who even agrees to take the case, it's taking me thousands of dollars. Any advice? I have properties in different states and counties

Hey Greg thanks for reaching out. I need someone to file a suit and handle the legal proceedings and collection process according to TX law and county procedures in Houston area..... anyone?

Hi all, if you are a property manager or landlord that has an active portfolio and know a good service / attorney who specialize in evictions and collections and you personally have used them and had great experience, would you please share those contacts? I have called and inquired so many places but canNOT find anyone who can share a set process/fee terms and timeline with me and I am at a loss! as an out of state investor who has to deal with these tenants on regular basis, I really need a streamlined cost effective process ! please help.

Hi all, does anyone own a large portfolio in Memphis TN who is using a rock star property manager locally? ideally I am looking for a smaller operation (but who is also established and has a streamlined process of reporting statements and depositing rent timely) who has an EXCELLENT communication via e-mail and phone!

Please make me any recommendation or pitch! I would love to have ONE point of contact as an "account manager" who can look after ALL my properties and know exactly what's going on with my houses instead of me having to call 3 different people every month and or get surprises when houses all of sudden are vacant and i get charged make ready fees without any warning or discussion! please help.

Hi I am an out of state investor who wants to expand in Houston area. I already have a portfolio of rentals and want to buy more properties. My goal is to buy 3-4 properties in Houston area that need light to med rehab 10-25K and either keep and rent out or flip it for profit. I am looking for an experienced, serious and honest full time rehabber or contractor (who can show a track record of flip success and knowledge in the market and repairs) to partner up with. I can front more cash and we can split up profits at the end... I am not just wanting to be a complete passive funding partner but to stay involved in the project (not to micro manage) but for me to LEARN hands on project mgmt so that i can get better.... if you have a heart to teach and also looking for a partner please PM me! can't wait to hear form you! I really like the Spring, Cypress, Woodlands, Conroe area right now but open to other areas of course....

My goal is to buy 3-4 properties in Houston area that need light to med rehab 10-25K and either keep and rent out or flip it for profit. I need a TEAM of reliable and responsive license contractor who can go look at properties for me on the fly! usually the day of or the next morning and let me know a rough estimate of repairs and list of things that need repair and do a quick inspection. If you can estimate make-ready stuff like carpet and paint, that would be even better so I don't have to call 5 different people! please let me know if you want to team up!! You must have at least 3 different references I can call.

Hi there! welcome to BP and investing.... the beginning is always the hardest but once you get your feet wet, investing becomes more exciting i think.... my humble opinion if you want to build a solid long term wealth and PASSIVE income so that you could retire one day or keep working and have a side income, you should look outside of your area and invest out of state.

Cheers!

Starts with that first property! gotta take the action today.
