Hi everyone, I hear people talking about sending out mailers and getting phone calls & I'm interested in this absentee owner list. When I called Gobig I was asked does the equity matter. Well, I know equity always matters, but how do I calculate what's an amount I should focus? Is there anything else I should request in my criteria?  I'd appreciate any advice.

yes equity does matter because people can't sell you a property for a low price if they have no equity in it but you can go to list source.com and play around with some of the things in there to get a good mailing list. You do have to pay for the list but it's worth it.
