Single owner property management software
I see a lot of talk in the forums about the different property management software programs. I have 10 rental properties and am wondering if anyone can recommend software that will give me the biggest bang for the buck to help manage and keep track of everything for my properties.
A few that I have heard of and am considering are Buildium, Appfolio, and Truerent. I think Truerent is free but maybe you get what you pay for! I would appreciate anyone's opinion about these or any others on the market.
Thanks very much!
Mike

We use Rent Manager, its not the cheapest ($75/month per user and a little more to set up) but it has a lot of functionality and I love a lot of what it does for us. We manage about 200 units currently but we have used it ever since we had 40.
