First meeting with tenants

Hi.  i am in the process of closing on my first commercial retail property with one national tenant and two local tenants.   I am preparing for the interview?

Any suggestions as to what questions I need to ask and how to approach it?

I will have a property manager but she will not be with me at that first meeting.

@Albert Griffith

So you are meeting with the tenants of your soon to be commercial unit and the person who is going to manage will not be there?  I would then wait to meet until they can be there with you.

Personally I dont want the tenants to know I am the owner, thats why you have a property manager.

Good luck
