Hello investors I consistently have people asking me if I have a rental property available for them to rent. I'm interested in learning everything I can about tenant placement. I am a new investor but very active in wholesaling right now;  I'm looking to tackle other avenues in real estate. I live in Baltimore, MD. Any insight someone can give me would be great!
