Hello to all the Philly experts,

i am in a middle of discovering the mayfair area of philly for potential investment opportunities to have some rental income from single family homes, preferably with section 8 tenants. Any thoughts and advice would be appreciate. What do you think in general about this 19135 neighborhood ?
