Multi Family Lawncare
Do you guys out there have your tenants take care of their own lawns in a multi family situation? Our property manager feels it is best if we do, so there aren't disputes between tenants. Thanks

I would highly suggest taking care of it yourself (or hiring it out), build the cost into the rent. Most people will pay more if they don't have to manage the grass / snow...
In my areas, any fines go against the property, NOT the tenant. Which means, if they dont cut their grass, as the landlord you are responsible to get it cut AND pay the fine. Sure, you can go after the tenant... save the headache and do yourself IMHO.
