We're bringing the rental market experts back for another discussion!

Way back in May we talked with Brad Neal of Renters Warehouse Iowa and Ben Flurey of RPM Iowa about trends in the local rental market as well as challenges related to COVID-19. They shared some great information some of which was foundational and a lot of which was current.

This month we've invited them back for an update! For instance, how are those incentive programs working to keep rent collection high? Have application rates increased or decreased? Are people looking for different types of places?

Bring your questions and thoughts. This will be an open discussion with plenty of room for engagement.

I have good and medium news. I know we promised attorneys this month... the medium news is our ORIGINALLY scheduled speaker has a conflict and will need to shift to July's meetup...

However... The GOOD news is that we are being joined by Gary Boomershine instead.

Gary is a rockstar in the real estate space and has experience across the board. He will be available to answer your burning questions on current market trends across the nation, how-to-get started, how-to-scale, and where to focus.
