Postlets questions

For those who are using Postlets to post rental ads, have you ever have a property where it doesn't show up on Zillow?

I noticed sometimes Zillow has trouble with certain properties, you type in an address and it's not on Zillow.  It will not draw the property lines on a map and it goes to the neighborhood but it doesn't recognize the actual address.  It's like the property doesn't exist.

So I posted an ad on Postlets on a property.  It shows up on Trulia, Redfin etc...fine, they mapped it no problem.  However Zillow, who runs Postlets, can't figure out the address.  All I get is a purple dot at a nearby intersection.

What to do? Is this something I have to contact Zillow tech support? Last time I did that, when they mislabeled a property of mine as a MF when it's a SFR, it took 3 months to get back to me :(

Also, when you select the type of home, I am having a bit of trouble differentiating "Condo", "Apartment" and "Multifamily" from a RENTERS perspective.

I guess a condo means to them each unit has his/her own landlord?

What is the fundamental difference between multifamily and apartment?
