Girlfriend of renter not on lease
I have a property that is well taken care of and the rent is paid on time every month but the renters girlfriend has clearly moved her and her two children in the house and now she is the one writing the rent checks. Should I be concerned?

@Mike Davis I don't think "concerned" is the right word. I would add her to the lease, though. I would also do a criminal background check on her just to have on file.
