Mossy brick and liability

Hello Fellow Landlords,

I have beautiful old bricks at my property and now that it is finally rainy season in California, the moss has returned to the bricks. My problem is that the moss poses a slip hazard that I'm uncertain how best to protect my liability. In the past, I've scrubbed it off with mild success, treated it with bleach, pressure washed it. All these things help, but still don't remove all of the slipperiness of the bricks during this season.

Do you see any liability problems if I warn the tenants that this brick area can be generally slippery AND I am actively attempting to minimize the issue by doing the above mentioned things? Is warning them of the hazard enough to remove my liability? Has anyone had actual experience with similar situations on your property? Thanks for your input!
