Unlawful Detainer Hearing - Advice Please
I have a non-paying tenant. I've issued the 5 day pay or quit notice required by my state and have filed the unlawful detainer.
Any advice on what I should do or bring to court? I'm assuming I need a copy of my lease agreement and copy of the 5 day pay or quit notice. Do I need anything else?
