OK.. I think my insurance company is taking me for a ride.. They are charging me $45.00 a month per unit on a 60K SFR. I have a $500 deductible and a vacancy policy. I have heard of policies for $25.00 per month.. I have Allstate and when I was paying $39.00 a month, I was willing to pay a little extra for good service, but I believe $45.00 is way too high for a 60 to 80K home.

Opinions and recommendations on other companies?

Thanks
