Landlord / Identity Theft - Out of Country Scammer Stole Our Rental Listing from Zillow

So we had a listing on Zillow and a con-artist from out of the country.  They took all the photos of the listing as well as details about the property. Except they changed one major thing---the price

The property is a house that rents for $3800/mo and he listed his for $1400/mo.

I actually pretended to be a tenant and tried contacting him.  I got him on the line and he prescreened me just like any landlord would.  He then asked for my email told me to, "feel free to drive by the property and check it out any time you want."

He then requested a $1000 hold deposit to hold the deal (and such a great deal it is!~lol)

Anyways does anyone have suggestions on where I can report something like this.  I called the local police and they basically said they can only help victims after they have been scammed out of money.

Either way let this be a warning to others.
