converting seasonal residence to yr. round
I have a 3 bedrm seasonal cottage upstate NY,which has
electric heat, a well , and a huge tank in the ground (new , but not a legit septic).
I'm thinking i can bury the pipes in basement, add insulation (some already there,)
and be good to go for a rental. Am i missing something? Anyone have experiecne with this sort of conversion and if so, how has it worked out?
